1. Who is eligible to use Zipla POS?

2. What are your account registration responsibilities?

Short answer: You are responsible for keeping account access secure, activity under the account and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

You must create an account to use Zipla POS. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password secure and confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at support@zipla.in if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

3. Does Zipla POS offer a free trial?

Short answer: These Terms state that Zipla POS offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card or payment required to start.

After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid plans will be automatically deactivated. Trial data may be retained for 30 days after deactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

4. How do Zipla POS subscriptions and payments work?

Short answer: These Terms list the Complete plan annual and 3-year prepaid terms, payment processing details and manual renewal terms below.

a) What are the Zipla POS plan prices?

  • Complete plan: ₹4,999 per year
  • Complete plan — 3-year prepaid term: ₹11,999 for 3 years
  • Optional offline onboarding: ₹1,999 one-time only when our team visits for complete setup and 2-hour staff training. Guided online setup and online training are included.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

b) How are subscription payments processed?

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator in India. We do not store your payment card or UPI credentials. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

c) Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder before your subscription expires. You must manually renew to continue using the service after your subscription period ends.

5. What does the Zipla POS refund policy say?

Short answer: These Terms state a 7-day refund window for paid subscriptions, subject to the conditions listed below.

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment for paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment via email to support@zipla.in
  • No refunds for partial periods — we do not prorate subscriptions
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear signs of abuse of this policy.

6. What is acceptable use of Zipla POS?

Short answer: Zipla POS may be used only for lawful business purposes. These Terms list actions that users must not take.

You agree to use Zipla POS only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform to process fraudulent transactions or fake billing
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of our system
  • Share your account credentials with persons outside your business
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates Indian law or any applicable regulation
  • Upload malicious code, scripts, or data that could harm our systems or other users
  • Resell or sublicense access to Zipla POS to third parties without written permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Who owns Zipla POS and business data?

Short answer: These Terms state that Zipla owns its software, code, design, content, trademarks and branding, while business data created in the platform belongs to the user.

All software, code, design, content, trademarks, and branding related to Zipla POS — including the name "Zipla", the Zipla logo, and all product features — are the exclusive intellectual property of Zipla. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our software or branding.

Your business data (menu items, bills, customer records) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over data you create within the platform.

8. Is Zipla POS service availability guaranteed?

Short answer: No. These Terms say that uninterrupted service is not guaranteed and describe planned-maintenance communication where possible.

We aim to keep Zipla POS available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

9. How do these Terms handle data and privacy?

Short answer: The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Zipla POS Privacy Policy, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

  • Decisions made based on reports or data generated by Zipla POS

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription amount paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

11. How can a Zipla POS account be terminated?

Short answer: You may stop using Zipla POS at any time and request account deletion by email. These Terms also list the situations in which Zipla may suspend or terminate an account.
